Shipping Policy

 

DELIVERY AREA

 

At this time, Angkapaus ships exclusively within the Netherlands. We are not yet able to deliver to other countries, but we hope to expand our shipping area in the future.

 

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

 

Our towels are shipped from our fulfillment locations in Germany and France. Depending on which items are in your order and where they are stocked, your package may be sent from either location.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

 

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

 

Standard Shipping (Free)

Delivery within 4 to 5 business days.

 

Express Insured Shipping (EUR 4.95)

Delivery within 2 to 3 business days, with shipping insurance included for added peace of mind.

 

Delivery times are estimates and are counted in business days from the moment your order is shipped, not from the moment it is placed. Occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs checks.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Once your order is placed, we aim to prepare and hand it over to our shipping partner as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package until it arrives.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Standard shipping is free on all orders. If you choose Express Insured Shipping, a flat fee of EUR 4.95 applies at checkout, shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
